We are an in-network provider for most insurance companies, and also accept Medicare and Medicaid. A physician's order for the ultrasound exam is required for insurance billing. We also have great self pay rates.

What to expect when you refer patients to Moody Diagnostics.

When a physician refers a patient to us, we know the information we provide is assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient. That’s why we stress thoroughness, but also efficiency. We carefully review all physician orders to ensure we’re getting the images you need and we work hard to get results back to your office quickly. We don’t want to keep you or your patients waiting for results.

Please instruct your patients to arrive in time to fill out minimal paperwork, or to complete it ahead of time and bring it with them. They will also need to bring their doctor’s order, proof of insurance, and identification.

Outside of abdominal and pelvic scans, we do not require any patient prep. If you have special instructions our sonographer regarding the ordered ultrasound, please communicate them in your orders or call our offices.
